Through The Lens: Roadburn Festival 2023 – Thursday

Better late than never as I’ve finally finished sorting out the photos from Roadburn 2023. Although this year was a very different festival for me as over the four days, I had the honour and privilege of helping artist director Walter Hoeijmakers get around the 013and hustle and bustle of Tilburg when heading over to the Koepehal.

An amazing time was had by all as we took in some amazing bands and artists, met up with Shaman scribes Danieland Nessie, Cavumwho designed the awesome artwork that graces this site, friends old and new as well as finally hooking up with Johnnyand Chrisfrom Rocket Recordings while the label celebrated its 25th Anniversary. I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank, not only Walter, but also Becky, along with the 013 staff – Miranda, Jaimy, Joel, Mijndert and Seyi, it was an absolute blast.
